Consultation
Consultation is a key component of our development work at TEKSS. We look to actively engage local stakeholders and communities to ensure that any future planning application incorporates local feedback and is designed to the highest standard.
The project team is available via email, phone and videocall. Current Government Covid guidance means we are also able to provide in-person consultation.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss this proposal in further detail, please contact our development team:

Consultation events
May 2021
A site walkover was conducted with local residents on Wednesday 19th May. For a summary of the issues raised, please visit the Documents page.
October 2021
A consultation drop-in session was held on Wednesday 20th October at Withington Village Hall.
The development team sought the community's views on:
- The draft site design;
- The proposed landscape planting measures;
- The traffic management measures;
- The proposed route of the permissive path; and
- Noise concerns.
For a copy of the consultation materials, please visit the Documents page.
Comments from the local community obtained during the drop-in are being fed into the further refinement of our proposals before these are finalised in preparation for submission as part of a planning application.
Upcoming events
It was our intention to host a public exhibition on the submitted proposals once the application had been validated.
However, due to the current Covid situation we feel it is in everyone's interest and safety to carry out this stage of consultation remotely.
As a result, we have decided to provide a summary overview of the key areas of the application and to invite residents and councillors to contact us with any follow-up queries and questions.
